Product availability

Each item you see in our web store is available from our warehouse. By selecting the ties you prefer and entering the relevant chart, you will have the possibility in knowing all its characteristics and seeing all the details.

Price information

Eties makes the best products on the market available at special prices. More than fifty years of experience and technique, together with the great advantage of cost reduction due to the online sale, allow us to offer you very high quality products at prices much lower than those on the market. The prices at our Eties site are VAT included. Shipment expenses are excluded.

Execution time

Orders arriving from Monday to Friday by 12.00 noon will be executed on the same day. All orders arriving from Monday to Thursday after 12.00 noon will be executed the following working day. Orders arriving on Friday after 12.00 noon will be executed the following Monday. In the event of a holiday, the order will be executed the first following working day. If any problem arises, not due to the Eties staff, the customer service office will contact and inform you of any possible delays.

Right to withdrawal

All ties within Eties are original and are sent inside their box. Click on the tie you want and further technical characteristics will be provided. Your monitor adjustment might cause variations of the image and colours in comparison to the actual ones. In any case, you have the money-back guarantee. Direct or indirect damage caused by improper use will not be guaranteed.
