Return policy

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it no later than 10 working days from the receipt of the goods (the working day will start from the date of the receipt). You will choose how to manage the returns:

  • Replacement of the tie or purchased item;
  • Reimbursement: the price paid for the returned products, excluded the shipment costs, gift package and others.

Products with discounts or promotions higher than 50% of the eties price will not be returned.
Possible  gifts will have to be returned when a reimbursement request is done.

 

Conditions to correctly exercise the return policy

To exercise your return policy, please follow these simple conditions to obtain the reimbursement of what you paid during the purchasing phase:

  • The communication of the intention to return a product must be carried out within and no later than 10 working days from the delivery by sending an email to info@eties.it. If the communication is not received within that period, your request will not be considered.
  • The product must be sent back in a unique shipment in its original package. We will not accept returns belonging to the same order but sent at two different times.
  • The products must be sent back intact and must not have been used or damaged.

 

Lack of acceptance from eties

In the event that the above-mentioned conditions are not met or the returned goods are damaged or used, eties will not accept the item. In this case, you can decide to receive back the purchased products, but you will pay the shipment costs. At that point, the goods can not be refused again.

 

Reimbursement time

The reimbursement of the total price of the products will be carried out within and no more than 30 days from the date of the receipt of the returned goods. Reimbursement time varies according to the payment method you used and in particular:

  • Credit card: the technical time to obtain the reimbursement depends on the credit institute that issued your card. The re-credit value will not change as regards the debit value.  As soon as the reimbursement is carried out, we will inform you via email.
  • Paypal: the reimbursement will be carried out directly on your paypal account and will be visible immediately. Paypal will inform immediately you and, later, you will be contacted by email by our customer care service.
  • Bank transfer: you will be contacted by our customer care service who will ask you for your bank details to credit back the paid amount. The technical time to credit the amount depends on the procedure of your credit institute.

After exercising the return policy within 10 days from the receipt of the goods and after sending us a communication, you will have 20 days to send us everything to:

Return of defective products

In the event of defective products, you will have to send an email to info@eties.it within 48 hours with your details and order number by specifying the type of defect. You will be contacted as soon as possible for returning the product. In this case, we will pay the shipment costs.
All products can be returned through the UPS carrier. Contact our customer care to agree on the collection date. The carrier will come and collect the parcel without you paying any shipment costs. If you want to contact UPS directly, please ask us for the pre-printed carrier letter that will be sent to you by email to the address you have specified.
Please take note that, if you decide to use another carrier which is not the UPS one, the shipment costs will be charged to you and you will also be responsible for any damage or loss during the shipment.
