2. Are your items guaranteed?

All ties in Eties are original and are sent in a specially designed cardboard package with a transparent protective covering among the tie details.

3. Why are prices so competitive?

Eties provides you with the best products on the market at decidedly special prices. More than fifty years of experience and progress, paired with the huge advantage of reduced costs due to online sales, has allowed us to provide you with extremely high-quality and brand name products for very low prices compared with what you commonly find on the market.

4. How does the discount code work?

If you have a discount code, choose the items you prefer. Go to the shopping bag and enter your code in the proper field, remembering that the code is case sensitive. Click “update” and a new discounted amount will appear.

5. Is it possible to obtain a gift package?

Of course! We will personally prepare the gift package with a note, if required. The cost is € 2,00 per package. If you purchase more than one tie and you want them in just one package, the cost remains € 2,00.

1. How can I buy a tie from eties?

It’s easy to buy a tie from Eties: choose the product you prefer and add it to the shopping bag. Proceed with other purchases if you want or go to the checkout to pay. Follow the step-by-step instructions up to complete the order. To carry out the purchase, you‘ll need to create an account.

2. Are the prices shown inclusive of VAT or is it to be added?

The prices are all inclusive of VAT: If you need clearance or promotional items, contact us directly at sales@eties.it to obtain a detailed price, always inclusive of VAT.

3. When is an order completed successfully?

An order is completed successfully when you receive our confirmation email. You will be updated with followup emails during the different steps of your order, from the order processing to the shipment.

4. Is it possible to have the invoice of the carried out order?

If you wish to receive the invoice, fill the proper field and specify the company name and VAT number. The invoice will be delivered together with the goods.

1. What advantages are there in creating an account?

By creating a new account in Eties, you will be able to make your purchasing operations fast, be updated on the status of your orders and see your order history. Moreover, you will receive the newsletter with the latest news and current special promotions.

2. Can I choose not to accept that you hold onto my personal details but still proceed with the registration?

To complete an order, you must allow us to hold your personal data in order to carry out the shipment and, in a few cases, complete the payment.

Yes, at any time, you can cancel your account and unsubscribe from the newsletter. You can do it by clicking on the appropriate banner on the homepage or by clicking on the link at the end of one of our emails.

Click on account and click “have you forgotten your password?”. Your email address will be requested. We will send you a new password that you will later modify from the “my account” area.

1. Can you ship a product abroad?

We can ship a parcel abroad as well, but please remember that, in a few countries, custom duties are required and calculated only when goods arrive.
