Eties applies standard rates regardless of the volume of the order.
Shipping costs vary according to the country of destination and to the number of ties purchased.
In any event, we cannot be held liable for damages caused by any delay in delivery that is not directly attributable to us.
Eties cannot guarantee deliveries on Holidays as they are determined by the destination and type of Courier service.
Eties does not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Delivery times are approximate and refer to average shipping times required from the moment the order was processed and shipped.
For orders associated to promotions with coupons/discount vouchers, shipping times may be increased up to 4 extra days.
Shipping costs and terms of delivery within Italy
The courier used for all shipments within Italy is Bartolini.
The shipping cost is €4 when purchasing a single item.
Shipping is free with an order of at least 3 items.
The additional charge of €4 is always applicable for cash on delivery shipments.
Delivery will be made within 1-2 working days from the date of your order.
Depending on the shipping method you choose, Eties will entrust your order to leading parcel courier UPS.
You will be informed via email when the order is dispatched, and you will be given the shipping number and a link so that you can check the delivery status on the website www.ups.com.
If you need assistance, you can request the necessary information by contacting UPS directly on a toll-free number or alternatively our Customer Care centre. We will personally contact the relevant courier to make sure you receive your order as soon as possible.
The courier will make a first delivery attempt without prior notice. If there is no one at the indicated address the courier will leave a card with the information you need to contact your Customer Care and make arrangements for a second delivery attempt. To avoid any delays, please make sure your name is clearly visible on the intercom or write the name of the person who will take delivery of the shipment if you want to receive the parcel at your workplace. Eties Customer Care will monitor the shipment until delivery has been made and will contact you if there are any problems.
Payment of customs duty is the customer’s responsibility and the cost is determined by the law in force in the country of destination of the consignment.
The Eties Staff are not aware of the cost of the customs duty; you will be notified by the courier once the shipment has reached its destination.
If the customs duty is not paid and for this reason the shipment is rejected or abandoned, the shipping costs and the same customs duty will be deducted from the total amount of the order and only the difference will be refunded.
Exemption from liability
Eties guarantees that the order will be handled within 24 hours of its receipt. In the event that you encounter a delay that is not attributable to Eties (adverse weather conditions, unplanned strikes, absence of services), we cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience caused.
